Cleaning:
Normal Clean:
Your Property will be cleaned to the highest standard on each visit, this includes all appliances eg, Cooker, Fridge Freezer, Microwave & Dishwasher etc etc, all windows and doors are cleaned inside and out, all laundry / linen changed, all outside terraces / patio furniture cleaned, all bins emptied and rubbish removed, then the whole property is hoovered, polished then mopped throughout
Turnaround Clean:
Same as all the above but this is when you have guests leaving and new guests arriving on the same day so there is a limited time to clean
Spring Clean:
Recommended for when the Property has been empty for a period of time or you have had building work done.
Laundry:
Owners should provide at least 2 preferably 3 sets of bed linen and towels per guest to allow for changeovers and main services.
Maid Service:
Maid service is available for guest staying for more than one week, a maid will visit the property and change all bedding & towels, and freshen up bathrooms.
Key Holding:
Key holding is a free service for customers with a package deal.
Meet & Greet:
We will meet your guest at a prearranged meeting point and take them onto your property, show them around and give full instructions on all the equipment in your property, take deposits for keys etc if required.
Dept Checks:
We return to your property to check for any damage, collect keys and return any deposits.
Welcome Packs:
Recommended for guests who arrive late or as a extra service which you can offer to your guest, a welcome pack includes, Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Milk, Bread, Butter, Preserves, Water, Beer, Wine, Orange Juice, Biscuits.. Welcome packs can be tailor made to your requirements
Mail Forwarding:
Mail is collected from your property and forwarded on to you on a weekly or monthly basis
Weekly Visits:
Your property is visited weekly or fortnightly a full inspection is carried out on your property this includes, checking all outside areas water any plants, check all windows & doors are secure, check all water systems flush toilets and run taps to remove stagnant water from system. Check for damp and infestation, Check alarm systems.
Maintenance:
There is a wide range of maintenance services available from painting & decorating, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc etc. all these services are priced by written quotations on request.
