I am now in the second year of using Carol and Roy´s services. Initially, they were contracted to clean my property. As time progressed I asked them to provide a full rental service including web advertising and arranging all logistics with the clients. The first year proved to me that Carol and Roy know what they are doing. My rentals far exceeded my expectations and my property and pool were maintained to a high standard. When I returned it was hard to believe that the place had been rented out!
It is also important to have as an agent someone who can use their initiative especially with repairs and is on call to help with the clients
This year, even given the bad economic situation, my rentals are up on the first year with some clients re-booking
I have only Carol and Roy to thank for this and have no hesitation in recommending their full service .
