I am now in the second year of using Carol and Roy?s services. Initially, they were contracted to clean my property. As time progressed I asked them to provide a full rental service including web advertising and arranging all logistics with the clients. The first year proved to me that Carol and Roy know what they are doing. My rentals far exceeded my expectations and my property and pool were maintained to a high standard.
